host of Country Feelings Gold
Grace Power is a passionate actor, writer and T.V. presenter from Co. Tipperary.
While she may be new to the world of presenting, Grace is no stranger to the world of film and television, having grown up in a family of artists and performers and travelling the world from the age of 6 for her father’s career as an animator with Don Bluth, Fox and Disney Animations.
Having lived in America and Australia during her youth, Grace is quite nifty at accents, hence why she recently landed the main role in an American corporate commercial for Meetingsbooker.com.
Outside of acting and presenting, Grace’s background is in the area of Behavioural Analysis, working with adults with disabilities and mental health concerns. Grace is extremely passionate about diversity and inclusion issues in society and is strongly engaged in advocacy work. Grace knew she had an urge to act all her life, but only decided to finally give it a shot at the age of 30 and went for her first audition for a play called ‘The Colleen Bawn’ by Dion Bioccicoult with a local theatre company in Dublin. Grace landed the main role as the Colleen herself and from there has been on an upward journey towards achieving her goals as an actress and presenter.
Since then Grace has worked in television, theatre, and independent projects for the past two years and has done training through the Gaiety school of acting. Grace is an extremely bubbly character who brings plenty of energy with her wherever she goes. Grace loves to write and is currently working on some exciting projects behind the scenes.
